Like most people unexpectedly facing aortic valve replacement, Peter Wainberg was not aware of all the options available to him. It was only after diligently doing his own research and consulting multiple cardiologists and cardiac surgeons that he was made aware of the Ross Procedure as an option. After having the Ross Procedure in August 2017, Peter has resumed his athletic activities including ice hockey and tennis, and has become an outspoken advocate for heart health.
